Printed Systems is a manufacturer of tags and labels. Our capabilities allow us to produce a wide variety of items for an even wider variety of uses. From blank tags and labels, customized printing, single constructions, tag and label combinations, and even special die cut shapes; we can design a product to meet your needs. We also have a complete ready-to-ship stock product line available to fit those quick and economical needs.

In order to manufacture such a diverse line of products, we have exceptional services hidden behind the scenes. We have an on-site graphics department, pressmen with years of experience, unlimited types of finishing and bindery machines, as well as warehousing of large quantity orders for on-demand shipments.

Q. What types of stock does Printed Systems print on?
Printed Systems has a wide variety of presses and therefore are able to run a variety of stocks. Many of the standard stocks are inventoried for quicker turnarounds. Stock materials include but are not limited to uncoated, CSU colors, C2S, fluorescent colors, index, semi-gloss, permafiber, Tyvek, vinyl, cohesive, carbonless, and synthetics. We at Printed Systems would like to make your ordering experience as easy as possible. That is why we offer you four options for placing orders.

Q. What is the minimum order Printed Systems will accept?
For custom orders, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces.
For our ready-to-ship products, the minimum order is $25 in products. Orders between $25 and $100 will be charged a $10 handling fee.

Q. What is the average processing time for orders?
Our catalog items are ready to ship within 24 hours subject to availability. Our average lead-time for custom orders is two weeks. Exceptions may occur so please contact us at 1-800-352-2332.

Some of the factors that could affect your ship date include press time, proof approval, tooling, stock availability, and the quantity of the order. If an exact ship date needs to be met, we do have the capability to reserve press time but it may be subject to additional fees.

Q. What payment options are available for my order?
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or you can apply for a line of credit. To apply for a line of credit please complete a credit application and fax or email it to us. For faster processing of your initial order, we recommend sending a check or using a credit card. This ensures that your order is not delayed while collecting information from credit references.
